ABOUT THE RED HERRING
The Red Herring is a Corporation that was
created to enforce the law against the Public
Officials in Florida’s Criminal Justice System
that are directly responsible for the Illegal
incarceration of thousands of this State’s
Citizens. The Red Herring Project Inc. will be the
‘’Crown'' of Integrity, Loyalty to the People, and Enforcer of the Constitutional Immunities and
Privileges guaranteed every American Citizen in
this Country. We are the Genisis of
America’sCivil Justice System. And it wil be
completely under the control of ‘’We The
People’’ and not the Elected Government
Officials ,Public Officials etc. that We will be
keeping in line with law. One of Our Mottos is If
there is No Enforcement of the Law , then there
Is No Law!’’
This corporation evolved from a concept that
started out as a proposal #77 to the legislature
of Florida asking for help in ensuring that
liability and accountability of Judges,
Prosecutors and Lawyers be held against them
for the ‘Intentional Violations of a U.S Citizen’s
14th Amendment Rights during criminal
proceedings in Florida‘.
